Primo Progression was set up in 2023 by Kate Goodridge and Kelly Chayter-Brown, both of whom hold qualifications in mortgage advice and The Sale of Residential Property. After working together for over 20 years for independent businesses, they recognise how important customer service is to you and your clients.

Beginning their careers in the mortgage industry, they moved into estate agency in 2014, managing the sales and lettings departments for a local independent agent. Their experience and knowledge in mortgages, conveyancing and sales processes gives them the perfect skillset to help progress your sales. They are able to spot where the common pitfalls in a sale may be, resulting in unnecessary delays, as well as being able to ask the right questions to speed up the process, and most importantly, help buyers and sellers navigate this process through to completion.
